This weekend, a team building trip to Dapeng, Shenzhen, vividly brought this mission to life.
Heading to Mountains and Seas
From September 12th to 13th, all people temporarily set aside the busyness in front of computers and the rhythm of meetings, and went to Dapeng Peninsula in Shenzhen together. Here, where blue skies embrace the sea and green mountains stand beside sandy beaches, we embarked on a two-day healing journey.
The significance of this team building goes far beyond "relaxation": it not only aimed to help everyone relieve work pressure in nature, but also to break down communication barriers between departments. It allowed us to deepen our understanding and friendship through shared experiences, integrate the spirit of teamwork into every interaction, and inject new vitality into the improvement of team cohesion and combat effectiveness.
A Journey Filled with Joy
Every part of the activity was full of surprises, allowing everyone to immerse ourselves in happiness.
Luxury Yacht Cruise at Sea
The sea breeze brushed against our cheeks, blowing away all tiredness. We chatted and took photos on the deck, watching the waves chase the stern of the ship, and relaxed ourselves in the vast sea view.
Campsite Barbecue and KTV
The campsite was filled with a lively atmosphere in the evening. Everyone divided work and cooperated—some turned the skewers and prepared seasonings, while others picked up microphones and sang golden songs. The aroma of grilled meat mixed with singing, creating a warm and joyful scene.
Off-Road Mountain Vehicle Ride
The "speed and passion" session on the second day was extremely enjoyable. On the bumpy track, everyone reminded and encouraged each other, experiencing the power of teamwork during the challenge.
Yangmeikeng Sightseeing
Walking along the coastal trail, we admired the integrated view of the sea and sky, with sparkling waves. Every scenic photo taken casually was a healing and beautiful picture.
Cherishing Little Moments
Besides the rich activities, the small and trivial moments during the journey were even more warm, fulfilling everyone's imagination of a seaside trip.

●When the sun set, everyone sat side by side on the beach, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the golden sunset, savoring the rare tranquility.
●Some people walked barefoot on the soft sand, chasing the waves and collecting seashells, some are playing games, and some others are hitting table tennis balls. Their childlike happiness infected everyone around.
Recharging for a New Start
The two-day team building trip was short but fulfilling. When we returned to work with a relaxed mind and heartfelt touch, we felt a deeper sense of identification and love for the team. A short break is for a better start. This team building trip, full of joy and strength, not only recharged everyone's energy, but also united us with stronger centripetal force.
